Application for Language Training Visa Applicant(D-4)

Process	Application Submission → Document Review → Announcement of Accepted Applicants → (Student) Payment of Tuition Fees → Issuance of Admission Letter → (Student) Application for D-4 Visa → (Student) Entry and Enrollment in Korean Language Courses.
How to Apply	Submit scanned copies of application documents to regional coordinators via email and send the original documents by postal mail before the deadline.
Notice	Apostille or Consular Verification documents are valid only if issued within 3 months from the date of submission. Bank balance statements are valid only if issued within 1 month from the date of submission. Notarization should be done on the original documents whenever possible. If the original documents are in a language other than Korean or English, after obtaining an apostille or embassy confirmation, submit the translated notarized copy along with the original document. Submitted documents cannot be returned, so in the case of a single-page original document, make a copy, obtain an apostille or embassy confirmation, and submit it along with the original document.
Required Documents	1 Application Form (photo included) (Application Form download) 2 Copy of Passport 3 (Original copy) Bank Balance Certificate in your name or your parents' name (amounting to 8 million KRW or more). - Must be expressed in Korean Won - When submitting a bank balance certificate in your parents' name, include a family relationship certificate. 4 (Original copy) Final academic graduation certificate (Choose one of the following) 1) Graduation certificate with an apostille confirmation 2) Graduation certificate with confirmation from the Korean Embassy in your country or Consulate in Korea 5 Copy of a self-introduction letter (including your study plan) (free format).
	High School Graduates : High school diploma or graduation certificate. University Students : High school diploma or graduation certificate. University Graduates : Diploma of Bachelor's degree or higher, or graduation certificate.
	Additional Documents for the Nationalities Below - Nepal, Russia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, Pakistan, Peru, and the Philippines 1 (Original Copy) Final Academic Transcript (Choose one of the following) *All Semesters should be included: 1) Final Academic Transcript with an apostille confirmation 2) Final Academic Transcript with confirmation from the Korean Embassy in your country or Consulate in Korea 2 (Original) Birth Certificate 3 (Original) Parent's Employment Certificate 4 (Original) Parent's Monthly Income Certificate (for the last 1 year) (Include company contact information and address) 5 (Applicants with more than 6 months since graduation) Original Certificates of Enrollment or Employment (Include institution contact information and address) 6 Copy of Parents' Identification (Passport can be used as a substitute) ※ If the original documents are in a language other than Korean or English, submit the translated notarized copy along with the original document

Remarks	When applying for a language Training visa (D-4), a minimum of 2 semesters of enrollment is mandatory. Mandatory insurance enrollment for individuals not covered by private insurance (6 months: approximately 120,000 KRW). The payment method will be provided upon the announcement of the successful candidates. Due to the time required for visa processing, it is essential to adhere to the application period. Additional documents specific to each nationality will be verified directly by the regional coordinator.

Nationals of Africa, Vietnam, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan, please confirm the possibility of application with the regional coordinator via email in advance.

How to Apply	Submit scanned copies of application documents to korean01@pusan.ac.kr via email, and send the original documents by postal mail before the deadline.
Notice	Graduation certificates and academic transcripts verification documents are valid only if issued within 3 months from the date of submission. Bank balance statements are valid only if issued within 1 month from the date of submission, requiring a freeze period of 4 months or more. Notarization should be done on the original documents whenever possible. Submitted documents cannot be returned or copied.

Notice	Bank balance statements are valid only if issued within 1 month from the date of submission. Notarization should be done on the original documents whenever possible. Submitted documents cannot be returned or copied.
Required Documents	1 Application Form (photo included) (Application Form download) 2 Copy of passport. 3 (Original copy) Bank balance certificate in your name or your parents' name (amounting to 4 million KRW or more). - When submitting a bank balance certificate in your parents' name, include a family relationship certificate. 4 (Applicable) Copy of the front and back of the Alien Registration Card.
